The Builders Association of the Twin Cities Artisan Home Tour kicks off today and will run for the next 3 weekends, ending on June 21st.
The Tour features 22 newly constructed homes, and this year they’ve also added four remodeled homes that will be available for viewing (final weekend only).
Wooddale Builders’ model home located at 7009 Lee Valley Circle, Edina is one of the homes that you’ll see on the Tour. The impressive two-story home sits on a half acre lot in the heart of west Edina overlooking Lewis Park. It has 6,072 finished square feet, 5 bedrooms and 5 baths and a finished 3-car garage.
We’re so pleased that they’ve once again chosen Schneiderman’s for their furnishings!

I was able to visit the home prior to it’s being opened for the Tour, and snapped a few pictures to share with you.
The white kitchen trend that we’re all currently crushing on was front and center in this home. White cabinets, white subway tile, and a blue kitchen island. Yep.
A formal dining room with a granite buffet and wine fridge (not pictured) was to the right of this space.
This beautiful screened in porch was located off of the dinette, and overlooks the backyard and patio. It was one of my favorite spaces in the house. I loved the rustic, reclaimed wood walls and ceiling – and the furniture, of course!

The lower level walkout of this home had beautiful views of the wooded outdoors, and an open floor plan. The space included a family room with a fireplace, built-in TV entertainment center, wet bar, and billiard room.
I would love to do some entertaining here, wouldn’t you?
The beautiful owners’ suite, located upstairs, was serenely decorated. It had a spacious walk-in closet, and heated floors and a free-standing tub in the master bath.
There were also some fun extras in this home. Like the way they created this second floor loft (below) lounge area/craft room set up for the kiddos. Aaand, the secret kids play roomthat they built behind the bookshelves in the lower level.
This truly is just a casual sneak peek. I would have needed a lot more time and a much longer post to truly capture the home. You’ll need to visit the home to see and appreciate all of it’s beautiful features and details!
Will you be Touring the Twin Cities Artisan Home Tour this year? If so, the Wooddale Builders’ home is a must-see.
And, if you love the furniture, there’s so much more where that came from. Visit our stores and website to see the selection.
