
It seems that the most convenient option for a home office would be, well… a home office.
But the reality is that not all homes have them. And not necessarily just small homes, but any home where it just wasn’t thought through, or considered a necessity, when the home was built.
If you office at home, or need a desk to keep track of bills and schedules, or a dedicated space for kids to do homework, this fact might be frustrating. Unless you can think of ways to work around it. Or realize that a home office may not be the best option, after all.
Desks, especially smaller scale versions, can work great in rooms other than a dedicated office, and can often serve dual purposes. (Especially if you’re living in a small space where every inch counts.)
