The sofa is usually the largest upholstered furniture piece in a living room or family room design. It also probably gets more use than almost any other piece in the space.
It would make sense, then, that the fabric on it would be something that not only works functionally but that you love the look of – and that the sofa would be comfortable and sized just right for your space.
That’s where custom order furniture comes in. It’s a great way to get exactly the look, size, and comfort level that you want.
Since a picture is worth a thousand words, and each of these lifestyle images feature the American made King Hickory Bentley sofa, we thought you might like to see this small sampling of what it can look like to customize the same sofa and pair it with different pieces for a unique look.
You can see how some of the sofas (#1 and #2) look exactly the same style-wise, but are upholstered in different fabrics.
While Look #1 sofa is paired with a matching chair, Look #2 mixes it up with a sassy leather accent chair. Both use the same ottoman, but a different accent fabric compliments the look.
Look #3 not only uses a different upholstery fabric (embracing the blue trend) but upholsters the matching chair in a light blue and finishes it off with a large scale pattern on the accent chair and pillows. Hard to believe it’s the same sofa.
The Bentley can also be ordered as a sectional (in various configurations), and Look # 4 features a modern base, warm gray fabric and a more traditional panel arm style.
